As a property management company, we deal with any guest issues, handle maintenance, repairs and checks, all within the changeover day so not to effect any guests experiences. You get peace of mind knowing someone is always on hand locally.
Have you bought a property and looking to make it into a Holiday let or alternatively looking to make an investment and would like some advise. We offer a range of service starting right at the very beginning of developments and helping you with maximising your income/capacity while not crowding the house. Helping with type of market and clientele depending on your property and area. Along with bed sizes, decor, do's/dont's, needs and musts.
We do all the holiday let cleaning, linen, welcome items/packs each changeover . On the Property Management side, each change we also check the house over for anything damaged or in need of repair.
We offer a full laundry service at every changeover , included in this is all bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven gloves and anything else that requires laundering.
Along side this we can also offer linen hire. All hire bedding is white cotton bedding with a stripe design.

Yes, of course. We check all properties on a 2 week rota if empty. This include entering the property check for any problems that may have arrived eg: leaks.
We like to keep things simple, the quote given includes everything it says. Your only extra charges incurred are for any extras you requires eg; welcome pack items, rubbish collections.
We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. So your guests will never have to wait to hear back from an agent and get any issues rectified.
